Product Description

The independent research and development of wastewater treatment technology is innovative and forward-looking, not only makes the treated ammonia contained wastewater meet the national emission standard, but also greatly reduces the stripping steam consumption, and recycles 99.9% of ammonia in wastewater, improves the utilization rate of resources. The development of the project is significant to improve the level of domestic wastewater treatment technology
(1)The heat pump flash steam stripping de-ammonia technique uses flash steam stripping and heat pump energy-saving technology while keeping the efficient traditional steam stripping de-ammonia technique, de-ammonia tower works in micro negative pressure, the thermal efficiency of the system is improved, steam consumption is greatly reduced, and the operation cost is reduced greatly. It achieves the aim of energy saving and consumption reduction.
(2)By combination of steam stripping technology, flash steam technology and heat pump technology, the ammonia content in wastewater after removal of ammonia is up to discharge standard. Ammonium from wastewater is recycled in the form of ammonium sulphate, thus ammonia from wastewater realizes resource recycling.
A new energy saving stripping de-ammonia technology heat pump steam cycle decompression stripping de-ammonia technology is developed in view of the present situation of ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment in China on the basis of high ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment technology which is developed by principle of vacuum drying heat pump flash steam.
